The 10,000 members of Junior Hadassah in 185 local units scattered throughout the country are celebrating the thirteenth anniversary of the founding of their organization today. Starting at sundown Saturday evening, the Atlanta, Ga. Chapter will vive thirteen parties during the birthday period. Thirteen members will act as hostesses at bridge parties, treasure hunts, bicycle parties and barbecues. Officers of this group are the Misses Bess Lutsky, Rose charkas and Lilly Perchance.
DEDICATE SYNAGOGUE
The new synagogue built by the Federation of Jewish Women’s organizations for Jewish tubercular???s at their municipal hospital, Seas view, will be dedicated today. Mrs. David E. Goldfarb, president of the sponsoring organization, will present the synagogue to the city at the ceremony this afternoon, at which Mrs. Jack Davidson will preside. Other speakers will be Dr. Samuel H. Goldenson, Dr. Harry S. Lewis, Rabbis Isaac A. Millner and I. Edward Kiev.
HEALS MILWAUKEE SISTERHOOD

CIRCULATE LEAGUE PETITION
Sections of the National Council of Jewish Women all over the country are continuing to participate in the campaign of the League of Nations Association, which is gathering a petition with a 1,000,000 signatures requesting the United States to indicate on what terms it would be willing to join the League. this petition is of special significance now in view of the disarmament proceedings in Geneva.

GIVE SATIRE ON RESORTS
A satire on the life at mountain resorts was presented last week by the Flatbush-prospect group of the Brooklyn Hadassah at the Garfield Temple House. The opus, “Mrs. Bernstein???s Grand Hotel,” was directed by Mrs. Irene Shore who also took the leading part. another performer was Mrs. L. Wasserman, one of the grandmothers of Hadassah. Proceeds went to the Hadassah Medical Organization.
PLEADS FOR REICH WOMEN
Mrs. G. Augustus Holzman, honorary president of the Junior Unit of the American Jewish Congress of Brookline, Mass, addresses an appeal to the women of the world regarding the status of German’s womanhood. Mrs. Holzman, who sees in Nazi Germany a cultural enemy which will destroy the human rights for which women long have fought, call upon America’s women to unite in protest.
PERFORMS AT PRISON
Miss Sadie Banks, Jewish actress, gave a performance before the inmates of the State Prison for Women in Bedford Hills. Miss Banks had volunteered to entertain the prisoners. who are grateful for anything that breaks the drab routine of their lives.
