The Jewish National Workers Alliance at the closing session of its eleventh annual convention at the Hotel Statler here, reelected Meyer Brown, President; Louis Segall, Secretary and Nathan Zwirin, Vice-President. An executive committee of eleven was elected. A treasurer is to be chosen by a referendum vote of the entire membership Dr. A. Grossman and R. Plottrott being the candidates.

A resolution adopted by the convention decided that the twelfth or thirteenth convention of the Verband will be held in Palestine and negotiations are to be begun immediately for such arrangements with the Palestine Jewish labor party.

Colonization in Russia was endorsed but the Yevseks were assailed and the Soviet Government attacked for withdrawing the legalization of the He’Chalutz. An invitation to the Jewish International Labor Congress was accepted. A resolution to place a special tax on membership for schools was defeated.
