The Israel-Egypt-U.S. working groups on aspects of the autonomy talks are to begin their deliberations in Alexandria Sunday, Israel Radio reported tonight. The arrangement was made in a telephone call between Egyptian Premier Mustapha Khalil and Israel’s Interior Minister Yosef Burg, the two chairman of the full autonomy committees. The full committees will convene as scheduled Aug. 5 and 6 in Haifa. Israel and Egypt will announce tomorrow their delegates to the working groups who will be, it is assumed, officials, not ministers, Likely representatives on the Israeli side are Attorney General Yitzhak Zamir and the new legal aide to the Foreign Ministry, Prof. Ruth Lapidot.
