The Workmen’s Circle, largest Jewish fraternal labor organization in the United States and Canada, will hold a three-day national conference of representatives of Workmen’s Circle branches of new Americans. More than 100 delegates representing these branches from a great number of cities in the United States and Canada, will participate in the conference which will open here next Friday.
Jacob T. Zukerman, president, Benjamin A. Gebiner, executive secretary, and Professor Arthur Lerner, of McGill University, Montreal, will deliver addresses dealing with the Jewish community problems, and with Jewish cultural, social and fraternal activities for the benefit of new Americans.
