A world association to stimulate the reading of Psalms, with headquarters in Jerusalem, will shortly be established, it was announced here today. Originally suggested by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, who is now in New York, the proposal was approved today by Chief Rabbis Herzog and Usiel of Palestine. It’s offices will be located in the Old City of Jerusalem near the tomb of King David.
