A world conference of Jewish educational leaders to make plans for the reconstruction of Jewish education opened here today, attended by representatives from England, the United States, Palestine, Belgium, Holland, Bulgaria, South Africa, France and other countries. Professor Rene Cassin, president of the Alliance Israelite, opened the meeting.
