The World Jewish Congress Executive is seeking the cooperation of the League of Nations and of France, Italy and Japan, guarantors of the Minorities Protection Clauses of the Upper Silesian convention to secure protection of minority rights before expiration of the convention next July, Dr. Stephen S. Wise announced last night.
