The European executive of the World Jewish Congress will go into a two-day session here tomorrow to complete arrangements for the plenary meeting of the organization to be held in Stockholm next August.
Also on the agenda of the meeting here are a number of questions including Austrian restitution, the status of the organization in Latin America and Jewish educational and cultural problems. Dr. Nahum Gold mann, president of the organization, and Israel Sieff, chairman of the European section, will address the sessions here.
