A representative of the British Section of the World Jewish Congress is now in Moscow and is discussing with the Soviet Government and with Polish Government representatives there steps which may be taken by the World Jewish Congress to bring succor to many thousands of Polish Jewish refugees now in the Soviet Union and to conduct war relief activities for needy Jews in the Soviet Union, it was announced here today by the Congress.
