More than 60 Jewish leaders from all parts of the world will participate in a four-day conference of the World Jewish Congress executive which will open in London on April 29, it was announced here today. Dr. Nahum Goldmann, WJC president, will preside over the sessions which will review Jewish affairs on an international level.
One of the major matters up for discussion is a proposal by Dr. Goldmann to further Jewish unity on the international scene by initiating a system of permanent consultation among major national Jewish organizations all over the world. The American continent will be represented at the conference by 16 delegates from the United States,Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay.
