Cuban Foreign Affairs Minister Raul Roa, speaking Tuesday at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), declared Cuba’s solidarity with the Arab nations of the Middle East against Israeli “invaders.” Roa called for the reopening of the Suez Canal after the “unconditional” withdrawal of “aggressor troops” from the occupied areas.
