The house in Tulkarem of Hamil Goumaah, a 25-year-old terrorist who attempted to bomb the Nathanya bus terminal two weeks ago, has been demolished by Israeli security forces, it was reported yesterday. Goumaah was severely burned when a bomb he was assembling in the terminal lavatory caught fire and ignited his clothing. He is still in a hospital but reported out of danger.
Goumaah’s father and brother were arrested after a search of their home yielded explosives and sabotage equipment. They were released after questioning.
Five persons in the Nablus area were arrested for questioning yesterday following the discovery of an arms and explosives arsenal in a house at Kfar Bala, a village on the West Bank.
