The Yeshiva College opened last week for the Winter term. The Yeshiva College, the first and only College of Liberal Arts and Science under Jewish auspices, and authorized by the University of the State of New York, to offer courses leading to the degrees of B. A. and B. S. is starting the work of the third year.
In accordance with its policy of maintaining a small institution with a high standard, the Yeshiva College has accepted only 30 of the applicants for admission to the new Freshman Class, which includes several State Scholarship holders.
