Yeshiva Honors Famous Jurist; 23 Graduated

The honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Laws was conferred yesterday upon Mr. Justice Benjamin ###. Cardozo of the United States ###upreme Court by Yeshiva College ###t its fourth annual commencement exercises. Presentation of the de#ree was made by General Sessions #udge Otto A. Rosalsky, a member of the college’s board of trustees.

Among the twenty-three gradu#tes who received their Bachelor of ### degree yesterday from Dr. ###ernard Revel, president of the ###llege, were two students from ###ithuania, two from Canada and #e from Palestine. Seven cities ###utside of New York were repre#nted among the graduating list.

The exercises were opened by ###amuel Levy, president of the Bor#ugh of Manhattan and chairman #f the Yeshiva college council. Dr. ###evel delivered the commencement address.
