Anna M. Rosenberg, former Assistant Secretary of Defense, tonight received the annual Charter Day award of Yeshiva University at the University’s eighth annual Charter Day dinner. Mrs. Rosenberg, a labor and public relations counsel, held a number of high posts under Presidents Roosevelt and Truman. A second award was presented to Irving N. Klein, president of Congregation Knesses Israel of New York.
