Yeshiva University’s medical school will allow gay and lesbian couples to live together in its married student housing. Y.U.’s decision, reportedly reached late last month, ends a long-standing lawsuit launched in 1998 by two lesbian medical students whose domestic partners were not allowed to live with them in university housing at the Bronx-based Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
