The Yiddish Culture Society of New York, 147 Second Avenue, will resume its courses early in September. Classes in elementary as well as advanced Yiddish will be held. The curriculum also contains courses in natural science, social science, Jewish folklore, Yiddish literature, Yiddish journalism and a course in Yiddish stenography and typwriting, with secretarial training for organization work. The Yiddish dramatic studio will give training in diction, pantomime, makeup, dancing and history of the theatre. The Culture Society Chorus will also resume its activities in September. Registration for all classes is now open.
