Air Force pilot Yoram Eitan, son of Chief of Staff Gen. Rafael Eitan, was killed yesterday when the plane he was piloting crashed during a training flight. Yoram, 26, was married only three weeks ago. His bride’s father, a noted pilot, was killed in the Yom Kippur war.
Yoram was buried with military honors in the Eitan family home in Moshav Tel Adashim. The Eitans have three daughters. Another son died some years ago, at the age of 10, from an asthma attack.
