On Thursday 70 high school students from all parts of Israel will star a two-month tour of the United States in the framework of exchange students, organized and sponsored by the Israel Education and Foreign Ministries, it was announced by the Consulate General of Israel in New York. During their tour of some 200 communities, the local Israel Consulate Generals, Jewish community organizations and school boards will be responsible for the students. The students, who will be guests of American families at their homes, will meet with American high school students and visit community centers to discuss and exchange views about Israel as a dynamic and vibrant society.
