The Stephen S. Wise Award for 1953, which carries a cash value of $1, 000, was today presented to the Youth Aliyah movement for its outstanding services to 65, 000 Jewish youths rescued from all parts of the world. The presentation was made by Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the American Jewish Congress, sponsor of the award, to Moshe Kol, head of the youth movement, in the presence of Israeli dignitaries.
