Jewish youth must organize to combat anti-Semitism, Isaac Imber, national president of Masada, Zionist youth organization, declared yesterday at a meeting of the national executive committee which discussed plans for the coming Masada convention in Philadelphia.
He criticized apathy in the face of “a growing Fascist and anti-Jewish sentiment, not only in other countries of the world but here, in our very midst, in our own country.”
Asserting that “you cannot meet an attack without a plan of action,” Imber said:
“The program is the Zionist program, the program that calls for the rebuilding of Palestine as a Jewish National Home, as a place where Jews can live as Jews, free from the distorting influence of the Exile.”
