Comprehensive information on the Jewish world situation and the progress in building Palestine was requested by Prince Paul, Yugoslavian regent, in a recent interview, Chief Rabbi M. Alkalay revealed today.

Prior to his departure for London, where he will attend the wedding of Prince George and Princess Marina, Prince Paul received the Yugoslavian Chief Rabbi.

On behalf of the regency and the crown he expressed the highest appreciation for Yugoslavian Jewry’s deep concern and manifestations of grief over the assassination of the late King Alexander.
