Funeral services were held yesterday for Edward A. Zeisler, 83, who had served as executive secretary of B’nai B’rith’s Pacific Coast District until his retirement in 1960. He died last Thursday of natural causes. Mr. Zeisler joined the B’nai B’rith district staff in 1927. During World War II, he was cited for exposing members of the German-American Bund on the West Coast, Following the war, Mr. Zeisler, working through RIAS, was instrumental- helping to resettle thousands of German and East European refugees.
