Azmi Nashashibi, editor of the English edition of the Arab paper “Falastin,” who accompanied the Arab delegation to London, has cabled from London that Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency, and of the World Zionist Organization, had offered to meet the Arab delegation for negotiations but that the latter had refused, saying that it would deal only with the Colonial Office.
