A communication similar to that made by Samuel to the Arab Executive has been received by the Executive of the Zionist Organization. It is proposed that the new arrangements for administrating Palestine be brought into operation when the assent of both Arabs and Zionists have been obtained.
The Executive proposes to convene the Actions Committee to consider the question.
