Replacement of the Palestine mandate by an international trusteeship, with the proviso that the Jewish Agency be authorized to bring (##) to Palestine 1,000,000 Jews within a period of five years, will be proposed at (##) meeting of the Zionist Action Committee, which is scheduled to take place in (##)rich at the end of next month, it was announced here.
The announcement was made by Dr. Moshe Sneh, member of the Jewish Agency (##)ecutive, prior to his departure for Europe. He said that he contemplates placing (##)is proposal before the Actions Committee as an alternative to partition. At the (##)piration of the five year period, the United Nations should take a final decision (##) the status of Palestine, the proposal provides.
