The Minister of the Interior has issued a circular in which he instructs all District Governors not to put any obstacles in the way of the work of the Zionist Organization in Poland. At the same time the Minister has directed all the local Zionist groups to register with the local authorities within the course of the month.
The Central Zionist Executive in Poland has in this connection submitted to the Minister of the Interior a draft statute asking that only the Central Zionist Executive should be registered and that it should have the power to issue authorization for the establishment of Zionist branches. The Jewish. Telegraphic Agency learns that the Minister of the Interior has given his approval to the Statutes of the Zionist Executive and that an announcement to this effect will be made shortly.
