The United Zionist-Revisionists of America have appealed to the U.S. Government to place the question of Palestine before the United Nations General Assembly, it was announced today. In a memorandum sent to Acting Secretary of State Dean Acheson the organization contends that Britain has violated the League of Nations mandate for Palestine and, therefore, the U.N., as the successor to the League, should assume jurisdiction over Palestine.

Meir Grossman, president of the Zionist-Revisionists, meanwhile cabled David Ben Gurion, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive, protesting against the reported decision of the Agency executive to negotiate with the British on partition. It challenged the right of the executive to take such action and said that its alleged decision is detrimental to the Zionist cause.
