ZIONISTS IN FRANCE PROTEST THE MASS ARRESTS IN RUMANIA
The Zionist Federation of France today adopted a resolution protesting the arrest, trial and imprisonment of Rumanian Zionist leaders.
The resolution also demanded the release of the imprisoned men and women and asked that they be allowed to proceed to Israel. It said that the only “crime” they had committed was membership in the Zionist movement and sympathy for Israel. Finally, it expressed “profound and fraternal sympathy” for the imprisoned leaders.
