The folks here at the Jewniverse are off for the holiday of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.
We’ve already confessed our sins via the eScapegoat, read a 1890 Yom Kippur sermon of the “Girl Rabbi of the Golden West,” and discovered a pretty gross way to resolve coffee-deprivation come Yom Kippur morning. Now we’re off to (hopefully) get sealed in the Book of Life.
Find out much more about the holiday here, and we’ll see you Monday!
