Big Ecstasy haul in Israel
Police foiled an attempt to smuggle a million Ecstasy pills into Israel.Israeli police this week lifted a gag order on the interception in May of some $22 million worth of the illegal stimulant, one of the biggest hauls in Israeli history.The drugs were hidden in a cargo container shipped to the Haifa port from Europe. Police arepursuing charges against three suspects.
