Five Kassams strike Negev
Palestinian militants in Gaza fired five Kassam rockets into Israel, causing no injuries or damage.
The rocket fire marked the third day of hostilities between Israel and Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip. The rocket attacks were set off by an IDF incursion on Tuesday into Gaza that Israel said was intended to stop construction of a tunnel that Palestinians would use to abduct soldiers.
Roughly 60 rockets and mortars have been fired at Israel from Gaza since Tuesday, according to Israeli media reports.
