Hillel holding largest confab
NEW YORK (JTA) -- Hundreds of students and young professionals are participating in Hillel's biggest conference ever.
Participants arrived Sunday in Clayton, Ga., for the weeklong event organized by the Jewish student group aimed at teaching about its mission.
“The gathering, said Hillel President Wayne Firestone, “clearly places engagement at the center of the Hillel world.”
Among the participants will be Campus Entrepreneurs, Peer Network Engagement Interns, representatives from Small and Mighty Campuses of Excellence, Senior Jewish Educators, New Directors and Israel Fellows.
