(JTA) — Shots from a BB gun were fired at the Valley Village Community Kollel in Los Angeles while it was in session.
No one was injured from the shots on Sunday morning, the Yeshiva World news website reported. A car parked outside the building had a window shot out.
Police officers who responded to the call swept a nearby building and took a man with a BB gun into custody, according to Yeshiva World News.
It is not clear if the kollel was intentionally targeted.
A kollel is an institute for the advanced study of the Talmud and rabbinic literature.
