An employee in the Buenos Aires prosecutor’s office who has been charged for lending a pistol to Alberto Nisman said the slain prosecutor asked him for a gun.
Leaders of AMIA, DAIA, the Holocaust Museum of Buenos Aires, the Argentine Zionist Organization and the Simon Wiesenthal Center said that they will not participate in the government-organized event Jan. 27.
The criminal complaint by the late special prosecutor is based on intelligence intercepts and accuses Argentina’s president of “deciding, negotiating and arranging the impunity of the Iranian fugitives in the AMIA case.”
