Israel is “not indifferent to the human tragedy” of refugees from Syria and Africa, and has cared for 1,000 people wounded in the Syrian fighting, the prime minister said.
Moshe Yaalon said the medical aid has been conditioned on the rebel fighting not getting too close to the Golan border fence and that the local Druze population is not harmed.
