This difficulty can actually be viewed as a great opportunity for the Jewish community to eat healthier and more financially affordable...more plant based meals, more fish meals. I hope that this will come to pass.

This is sad to see but likely necessary as we move from print to online reading. For decades I have seen beautiful, informative Jewish publications, especially aimed at teens and young adults, fold because of funding issues. What a shame. By the time one has a real following, the leadership moves on and the finances dry up. It would be great to see long term commitments (5 or more years) to help establish a publication. Or is it perhaps each generation must re-invent this medium anew?
