The question is, how will this effect UJA-Federation's allocations for next year. Will they cut 11%; will it be across the board, or something smaller/different? I do not recall seeing any numbers released.

You're right Jacob, who knows? Perhaps that anonymous email and other blog report took the spark away from the expected announcement. But if Jerry has plans to show up for the various Jerusalem meetings, UJC is running out of time.
