Tel Aviv Bond Issue a Success, Mayor Reports

Mayor Diesengoff of Tel-Aviv, the Jewish municipality, informed the Council today that bonds to the amount of £48,000 had already been sold, of which £18,000 has been received and £30,000 payable Feb. 15. The larger part of the issue, he declared, was being taken up in the United States, the sale there being conducted by Barnard A. Rosentlatt of the Zionist Executive.
