Dr. Myer Ebner, editor and publisher of the “Ost-Juedische Zeitung” here, has been brought up for trial before a court martial, on the charge of having permitted the publication in his paper of an article calling on the Jews of Czernowitz to defend themselves by their own powers if the anti-Semitic attacks in Czernowitz are repeated.
