The Permanent Court of International Justice, assembled yesterday at the Peace Palace to hear the case of teh Greek Government against the Government of Great Britain, in the matter of the irrigation and electrification concession in Palestine, decided to postpone the case until July 15th.

The postponement was arranged in order to give the Greek Government time to file a reply to the memorandum submitted by the representative of the British Government, questioning the competency of the Hague court’s jurisdiction in the matter.
