A demand to stop the war with the Wahabis, and to resign from the caliphate and to transfer the caliphate question to the Moslem World Congress, which is to be held in Cairo, was cabled today to King Hussein by the Indian Caliphate Committee.

This action was taken by the Committee as the result of an appeal made by the Moslem Supreme Council in a cable to the Committee.

The Moslem Supreme Council has also addressed cables to Ibn Saoud, the Sultan of the Wahabis, urging him in the name of Islamism and Arabism to cease the car and settle the dispute with Hussein through negotiations.
