The engineer Hall, the laborer Simon and the writer Huegli, all three involved in the conspiracy to murder the private secretary of Prince Max of Baden, Kurt Hahn, a Jew, were sentenced today by a jury in Konstanz
Bavaria, to four months imprisonment.
The accused declared, in court, that they were determined to bring Kurt Hahn, to the Fascisti leader, Adolph Hitler, “dead or alive.”
