Rabbi Nahum Effendi, former Chief Rabbi of Turkey and now Chief Rabbi of Egypt, visited this week Mahomed Fakhri Pasha, the Egyptian Ambassador in Paris, who is the son-in-law of King Fuad. The Egyptian Ambassador returned the visit in the afternoon. He spoke with Rabbi Nahum Effendi for over an hour.
