Proclamations calling upon the local population to rise and massacre the Jews are being widely circulated here as well as in a number of other Bessarabian towns by Fascisti followers of Prof. Cuza. These proclamations led to a conflict between the civil and military censors, the former having confiscated the proclamations and the military censor having permitted their circulation. The Minister of the Interior then intervened with the Minister of War, calling to his attention the fact that the circulation of literature of an inciting character had been forbidden since October.
