Reverent Lionel Geffen died here today.
He was a member of the Executive of the Ukrainian Federation and other Jewish charitable institutions. He intended to proceed this week to Bessarabi in behalf of the Federation to investigate the conditions of the Jewish refugees there.
He was fifty years old. During the war he served as Chaplain in the army.
