Jewish Delegation Goes to Amman at Invitation of Hussein

A Jewish delegation is proceeding to Amman after receiving an official invitation by radio from King Hussein of Hedjas, who has been in Amman for the past several days in conference with Arab notables over the proposed Anglo-Arabic Treaty and pan-Arabic Confederation. This arrangement is largely due to the suggestion of Sir Herbert Samuel, British High Commissioner in Palestine, who made the proposal to King Hussein. He was informed that a favorable statement would be made to the Jewish delegation, which consists of Colomel Fred A.Kish, member of the Palestine Executive and political advisor to the World Zionist Organization; David Yellin, President of the Vaad Leumi, and Rabbi Jacob Meir.
