Mussolini Fadilitates Educational Opportunities for Foreigners

Premier Mussolini has issued a special decree exempting all foreigners who enter Italian universities from the payment of all fees. Premier Mussolini has established a Government fund for foreigners studying in Italy. This action is taken to provide for the large numbers of students from Central and Southern European countries who have found a haven in Italian universities after being forced to abandon the institutions in their own countries because of the numerus clausus.
