Sentences Commuted After Execution of Jewish Soldiers

The Supreme Court has modified the sentence of two Jewish soldiers who were shot two years ago. The Jewish soldiers, Levitan Mendel and Lefkowitz Lefko were arrested for carrying unidentified property into the garrison and were accused of participation in a robbery. Following sentence by a court martial they were shot. All this two years ago. The Supreme Court now modified their sentences to six months imprisonment.
