The Greater Actions Committee, in session here since Tuesday, devoted the entire day Friday to a discussion of the resignation of Dr. Soloweitehik, who gave up his membership in the Executive Committee of the World Zionist Organization because he was displeased with the manner in which Leonard Stein conducted his office as Political Secretary of the Zionist Organization. Dr. Soloweitchik personally stated his case, while Joseph Cowen, ex-President of the English Zionist Federation, and Nahum Sokolow defended the Executive Committee. Nehemia Delime, Belgian representative in the Greater Actions Committee, introduced a resolution requesting decisions from the Greater Actions Committee and asking Soloweitchik to withdraw his resignation.

The meeting closed without a settlement of the question and the discussion will be continued Sunday.
